Roasted seaweed

Seaweed, one of the foods. After being roasted, laver has a crisp and tender texture, which melts instantly upon entry. Especially after being seasoned and added with oil, salt, and other seasonings, it turns into a particularly delicious "seaweed". Seaweed concentrates various B vitamins in laver, especially riboflavin and nicotinic acid, which are rich in vitamin A, vitamin E, and a small amount of vitamin C. Seaweed contains about 15% of minerals, including potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, and other minerals necessary for maintaining normal physiological functions. It is particularly rich in selenium and iodine, which can help the body maintain acid-base balance.
